If you change your mind within 14 days of purchasing or renewing your membership, contact us at plus@worldofbooks.com and we'll process your cancellation and refund.
Please note: We'll deduct the value of any +Plus benefits you've already redeemed, including your 10% discount on preloved books and free preloved book under £5.
After 14 days, refunds aren't available, but your benefits will continue until the end of your billing period.
