Send us a message through Watson (our chat bot) with your order number and we can get to your request efficiently.
We can only cancel an order if it hasn't yet been processed by our picking and packing department. As we want to get your items to you speedily, we tend to process orders within a matter of hours, so this does limit our ability to cancel an order before this time.
