If you've just placed your order and believe you have made a mistake with your delivery address (it happens), get in contact with us!
Send us a message through Watson (our chat bot) with your order number and we can get to your request efficiently.
Whilst we can not guarantee being able to change your delivery address. We can only do so if your order hasn't yet been processed by our picking and packing department. As we want to get your items to you speedily, we tend to process orders within a matter of hours, so this does limit our ability to amend the address on an order before this time.
