Once a refund has been approved, it is typically processed within 3-5 working days. The time it takes to appear in your account depends on your payment method:
- Credit/Debit Card: 3-5 working days after processing
- Paypal: Usually within 24-48 hours
- eGift Card: Refunds are returned as store credit
If you haven't received your refund after 7 working days, please contact our support team with your order number and we'll investigate.
