What happens if my membership expires due to failed payments?

If we're unable to process payment after a few tries, your membership will expire and we'll email you to confirm. At that point:

Your +Plus benefits will end immediately, but you won't be charged again. If you want to come back, just purchase a new membership whenever you're ready.


Tip: To avoid this, make sure your card details are up to date before your renewal date. We always send a payment reminder email in advance.
