This can happen for a few reasons – usually an expired card, a change to your bank details, or an issue with your payment method.
Here's what happens when a payment fails:
- We'll send you an email letting you know
- We'll automatically retry the payment for you
- If the retry also fails, we'll send you another email — this time asking you to update your card
To fix it:
- Go to My +Plus Subscription and log in
- Update your payment method with a valid card
- We'll retry the payment automatically
Please note: If we can't process the payment after a few retries, your membership will expire and your +Plus benefits will end. Update your card as soon as possible to keep everything active.
