Wob purchases surplus books from either charity shops, book banks or libraries. In addition some of our stock in the UK is purchased via our very own buyback service, 
, where people sell us their books, CDs, DVDs and video games for cash.
These surplus books used to be sent to landfill, but we now re-home and recycle over eighteen thousand metric tonnes of pre-loved books a year.
This creates a true circular economy, benefiting charities, the environment, and of course all the passionate book lovers out there!
